Our mission is to foster, equalise access and improve training in cosmetic dermatology for all Australasian dermatologists and registrars and, more broadly, to share dermatologist’s expertise with other disciplines
Rationale, Objectives and Goals of the ASCPD
The Australasian Society of Cosmetic and Procedural Dermatologists (ASCPD) provides education and training activities under the registered entity Cosmetic Dermatologists Education Inc. with individual membership open to all Australian and New Zealand dermatologists and dermatology trainees.
The ASCPD activities are supported by:
- ASCPD Board, comprising 17 members
- Individual Australian and NZ dermatologists (currently 226)
- Affiliated organisations with similar goals of cosmetic dermatology education
- Friends of ASCPD – eminent overseas dermatologists and leading other practitioners in cosmetic dermatology who contribute to the ASCPD program
- Industry sponsor group, which includes support for the ASCPD journal
